By accessing or using the Axiom cloud security platform, website, or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and enterprise clients.
Axiom is an enterprise-grade cloud security automation and compliance monitoring platform. The Service includes cloud security scanning, compliance framework monitoring, threat detection, risk scoring, AI-powered security analysis, and related security assessment tools. Axiom supports multiple cloud providers including AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and others.
The open-source components of Axiom are licensed under the Apache License 2.0. A copy of this license is available at http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0. Commercial features, enterprise support, and managed services are subject to separate licensing agreements. You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the Service only for legitimate security assessment and compliance monitoring of infrastructure you are authorized to scan. Unauthorized scanning of third-party infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for security assessment purposes. While we strive for comprehensive coverage, no security tool can guarantee the detection of all vulnerabilities. Axiom makes no warranty that the Service will identify every security issue in your infrastructure. You should not rely solely on Axiom as your only security measure.
In no event shall INNOVETOR LABS LLP, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
